How can I place an order?
For standard individual orders, you can order directly through our website. For custom or catering orders, please contact us through email or our contact form with the details of your event, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.
What is the lead time for orders?
Orders can be placed at any time. For self-pickup orders, same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be ready for pickup the next day. Pickup times are flexible, however, to ensure a smooth experience, please confirm your desired pickup time before placing an order. You can reach us via text, Instagram private message, or email. The pickup address (located in Ajax, ON) will be shared once your order is confirmed.
For delivery orders, deliveries are completed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation and are fulfilled via Uber Courier.
What are Small Chops?
You might have noticed us use the term “small chops” interchangeably with appetizers. It’s a popular West African phrase for bite-sized party snacks — one of the highlights of our celebrations. These are delicious, handheld portions packed with flavor.
At The Honeyed Plate, our small chops include favorites like puff puff, samosas, spring rolls, and money bags, and you can mix and match any of these in your order. They’re perfect for parties, events, or casual gatherings.
Do you cater for events and parties?
Yes! We offer catering services for events of all sizes, including birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more. Whether you need appetizers (small chops), cakes, or pastries, we’ve got you covered. To discuss your catering needs and receive a quote, please contact us at [email protected].
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Incorrect address: We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo of the issue so we can assess eligibility for a refund or replacement. Without a photo, we are unable to process claims.
