How can I place an order?

For standard individual orders, you can order directly through our website. For custom or catering orders, please contact us through email or our contact form with the details of your event, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

 

What is the lead time for orders?

Orders can be placed anytime during our ordering window — Sunday at 9:00 AM through Thursday at 9:00 AM — for the following Saturday.

Self-Pickup is available every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. After placing your order, please send us your order number and preferred pickup time via text, Instagram DM, or email, and we'll confirm your spot. The pickup address (located on King Street in Waterloo, ON) will be shared once your order is confirmed.

Delivery is also available on Saturdays and is fulfilled via Uber Courier. Delivery orders must be placed within the same Sunday–Thursday ordering window.

For custom or catering orders, please contact us to discuss your needs. Weekday pickups may be arranged for these orders based on availability.

What are Small Chops?

You might have noticed us use the term “small chops” interchangeably with appetizers. It’s a popular West African phrase for bite-sized party snacks — one of the highlights of our celebrations. These are delicious, handheld portions packed with flavour.

At The Honeyed Plate, our small chops include favourites like puff puff, samosas, spring rolls, and money bags, and you can mix and match any of these in your order. They’re perfect for parties, events, or casual gatherings.

 

Do you cater for events and parties?

Yes! We offer catering services for events of all sizes, including birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more. Whether you need appetizers (small chops), cakes, or pastries, we’ve got you covered. To discuss your catering needs and receive a quote, please contact us at [email protected].

 

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
